Coming soon: a new, streamlined customer portal

We are pleased to share an early update on the new National Gas Metering customer portal, scheduled to launch in Spring 2026.

Designed to significantly enhance the customer experience, the portal will provide a single, streamlined hub for all interactions. By bringing together every job type, asset type and supplier into one place, it will offer improved visibility of job status and completion details, including access to supporting photographs.

The new platform will make submitting work requests faster and more intuitive, while strengthening data security through the introduction of Email One-Time Password (OTP) login. Customers will also be able to submit Automated Meter Reading (AMR) requests directly through the portal, creating a more seamless end-to-end process.

Development remains on track for completion at the end of February, after which the project will move into the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. We will shortly be inviting customers to join a webinar to learn more about the portal and what to expect.

Once onboarding opens, customers will receive an email invitation with clear instructions on how to access and begin using your new portal.
