As a Meter Equipment Provider (MEP) and Meter Asset Manager (MAM), we offer a range of services for domestic gas consumers, including:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm
  • Weekends and Bank Holidays: 9am to 5pm

Please note that all visits should be arranged through your gas supplier. Requests outside our operating hours will be scheduled for the next working day.

For concerns about property, land or equipment owned by National Grid, please call 0800 096 3080 or visit their website.

For advice on energy efficiency or if you suspect meter tampering, resources like Keeping Safe and Warm and Stay Energy Safe are available to help you stay informed and protected.

  • If you smell gas: Open doors and windows, turn off the gas if safe to do so, exit the property, and call 0800 111 999.
  • For power cuts: Dial 105.
  • For gas supplier enquiries: Visit the Find My Supplier website.
  • Policy Meter Exchange: Have you received a letter advising you need to change your meter? Find answers to all your questions here.
