Educational "Metering 101" session with key customer

We recently spent the morning with the npower metering team delivering a “Metering 101” overview of the assets and services we provides to our customers.
The team, led by Ben Barry and Nick Parton who guided the discussions and showcased:
- The different types of metering assets;
- The critical role of the regulator;
- How AMR technology connects, collects, validates, and delivers reads to customers with a greater than 98% accuracy; and
- The portfolio of services we provide.
The npower team was highly engaged and inquisitive, asking great questions throughout the session. They left with a deeper understanding that will support their day-to-day work. We even took the opportunity to locate the gas meters in their building, giving them a first-hand look at a large meter installation and the AMR device in action.
