Community engagement
Helping others in the community is integral to our work. We provide many volunteering and fundraising opportunities, enabling our people to contribute in meaningful ways to local communities and charities.
Through community initiatives, volunteering opportunities and charitable support, we make a positive, sustainable contribution to society at the same time as supporting the well-being, sense of purpose and happiness of our people.
Helping our community
We have an annual target for volunteering hours, which we report on every quarter. Our people are encouraged to volunteer for social causes across the wider community. They can choose to volunteer for one of our chosen corporate charities, or for an organisation that means a lot to them.
Our commitment to charity
In choosing our corporate charities, we focus on supporting children, people living in poverty, healthcare, the elderly, guide dogs and schools. Our colleagues support these charities by giving their time and expertise on a range of voluntary activities, from painting and decorating to landscaping, interview preparation and much more.
