Please note that the Long Term Exit application window opened on 1st July 2025. This window will consist of:

• Enduring annual exit (flat) capacity increase (EAFLEC) – for enduring capacity commencing from Y+4 to Y+6
• Enduring annual exit (flat) capacity decrease (EAFLEC) – allowing users to reduce capacity from Y+1
• Annual NTS (flat) exit capacity (AFLEC) – for capacity covering Y+1 to Y+3

The next Gemini Code Contingency and OCM Contingency exercise (Exercise Capricorn) will take place on Wednesday 18th June 2025. The exercise pack has been published on the Joint Office website and the link to where this can be found is here. This includes all the details of the exercise and copies of the proformas that you will be obligated to complete and send to us should Gemini and OCM be unavailable in a real contingency, you will need to download the exercise pack to access the proformas. This exercise is a great opportunity to get familiar with the process and what will be expected of you.
