Gas Data Portal SOAP API Service Outage - 29th January 2026 1am – 5am

On Thursday 29th January 26 there will be a system outage on our SOAP API Service between 1am to 5am. 

This will impact the following SOAP APIs:

• Data Item SOAP API
• Instantaneous Flow SOAP API

All data will be available following the outage. 

This outage is part of our SOAP API decommissioning activities. If you use our SOAP APIs please move over to our REST APIs. More information can be found on our SOAP to REST API Transition Page.

Please note this outage does not impact the Gas Data Portal Website or REST API Service.
