REMIT (regulation on wholesale energy markets integrity and transparency)

Market participants are obliged to publish ‘inside information’ in respect of businesses or facilities they own or control (or are operationally responsible for) before they can trade on it. REMIT introduces, for the first time, a consistent EU-wide framework.

We have launched a central platform for GB REMIT insider trading notifications on behalf of the GB gas industry. This service provides a facility for market participants obligated under Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1227/2011 to publish REMIT inside information notifications on a single GB website, and for those interested in such notifications, to view them or receive live updates via email and Twitter.

Third-party REMIT insider information notification websites

In addition to the central platform, this page is provided as a supporting service and shows a list of market participants' own external websites that provide REMIT insider information notifications that have been reported to us.

We will continue to update this page with the latest information that we receive from market participants as and when it becomes available. Please contact us if you need to provide a new or amended link.
